Quick Exercises to Stay Fit & Lose Weight At Home - 19th March 2011

A common excuse for mothers not to exercise is "I don't have time".

Yet, as mothers, it is important for us to keep fit and healthy so we can perform our role as caretakers of our families, as well as a servant of Allah.

Find out how you can stay fit and lose weight by doing some quick exercises in the comfort of your home!

Our speaker is Radziah Mohd Radzi, owner of Contours Express Gym, a ladies only gym, in Kota Damansara.

You will also learn how to do "Dancercise" which combines "Dance" and "Exercise", with Latin and K-pop music (so fun!!), which you can do at home.

Some info about Radziah:
Radziah Mohd Radzi graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. She decided to change her career as she wanted to spend more time with her daughter and ventured into the fitness industry, which is her passion. Due to the lack of women's only gym in Malaysia, Radziah took up the Contours Express Gym Franchise in Kota Damansara since Nov 2007.
Last August she opened another outlet in Sect 7, Shah Alam.
